At Franklin Wright, we believe in the power of exposure to transform lives. That’s why, every year, we take students on life-changing journeys to visit top colleges and experience enriching cultural activities. For 2025, we are excited to embark on an unforgettable trip to Atlanta and the Southern region with 35 promising students, exploring a mix of elite colleges, historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), and state colleges.

This tour is more than a trip—it's a chance for students to see their dreams come to life. Alongside college visits, they’ll engage with the region's rich history and culture through activities in the arts and local attractions.
2024
Washington, D.C. and Surrounding Areas:
Our students visited esteemed institutions like American University, Johns Hopkins, and George Washington University. They explored the National Museum of African American History and Culture and even enjoyed a day of fun at Six Flags.

This year, plans are underway to take students to colleges throughout New Orleans and Atlanta. Over the years, Franklin Wright has exposed more than 1,300 students to more than 100 universities. As a result of the program, students have experienced 97% college enrollment.

2023
New York City and New Jersey:
Students were inspired by tours of Yale, Columbia, NYU, Princeton, and more. They experienced the magic of Broadway’s The Lion King and the vibrancy of Times Square.
